Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. The appraiser will be responsible for conducting property inspections, performing valuations, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and maintaining current knowledge of market trends. Daily tasks will include analyzing and interpreting market data, evaluating property conditions, and collaborating with clients to understand their appraisal needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Appraising principles
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Trainee or Certified General Appraiser license in the state of Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with appraisal software is beneficial
