Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

Pacific Appraisers is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team. With over 20 years of valuation expertise across California, we provide high-quality, USPAP-compliant appraisals for banks, attorneys, developers, and private clients. This role involves valuing a range of commercial property types—including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and land—by performing market research, site inspections, and thorough analysis using income, cost, and sales comparison approaches. Candidates should be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal applicant holds a Certified General Appraiser license (California preferred) with at least 3 years of experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard tools.
