Role Description

This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role for a Certified Commercial Appraiser located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Certified Commercial Appraiser will be responsible for valuing commercial properties, preparing detailed reports, conducting market research, and analyzing role includes performing property inspections, compiling quantitative and qualitative data, and delivering actionable insights to clients. The appraiser will work closely with others in our office for our clients- owners, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and reliable property valuations.

Qualifications

Certified General Real Property Appraiser license
Two years experience in the commercial real estate appraisal
Proficiency in Property Valuation, Market Research, and Data Analysis
Experience in preparing detailed Appraisal Reports and conducting Property Inspections
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional proofreading skills
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
