Commercial Appraiser

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research and complete commercial appraisal reports using industry-standard databases and cutting-edge software tools
Evaluate commercial real estate properties in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice)
Schedule and conduct on-site property inspections, including measurements and photography
Deliver clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and administrative staff
Maintain continuing education and stay compliant with licensing and credential requirements

Qualifications:

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills
Self-starter with a commitment to meeting deadlines
Confident, professional communicator
Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any field, or
Associate’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate)
Appraisal education is a plus

Experience

Commercial Appraiser Trainee License (preferred)
Prior real estate or appraisal experience is helpful but not required
