Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Appraiser located in Conroe, TX. The Commercial Appraiser will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, performing market and property valuation analyses, and assessing commercial real estate properties for ad valorem taxation purposes. The role also includes maintaining records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with team members to meet appraisal deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Valuation techniques
• Experience with Market Analysis and Commercial Real Estate assessments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to interpret and apply guidelines, regulations, and statutes related to property appraisal
• Proficiency in using appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant certification, such as Certified Appraiser, or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and interaction with stakeholders
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
