Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Appraiser. The Commercial Appraiser will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, preparing valuation reports, performing market analysis, and evaluating commercial real estate properties. The role includes data collection, analysis, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

Qualifications

Commercial Real Estate Appraisal, Valuation, and Appraising skills
Experience in Market Analysis and Commercial Real Estate
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Understanding of property management and financial reporting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or similar work experience
