Coverage Areas

Primary (High Priority): Yavapai, Coconino, Navajo, and Apache Counties

Secondary: Maricopa and Pinal Counties

Position Details

Employment Type: 1099 Contract
Compensation: Competitive split-fee arrangement with potential for performance bonuses
Experience Level: 1-10 years (we welcome both newer certified appraisers and seasoned professionals)
Client Base: AMCs, private lenders, and you're welcome to develop your own private client work

What We're Looking For

Active Arizona Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license
Proficiency with appraisal software (we use TOTAL)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to USPAP standards and professional ethics
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within coverage areas
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness
Someone seeking long-term stability
