Rally Appraisal, a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across 5 states, is looking to a hire & train a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser for the Omaha/Council Bluffs market.

The training period is typically 12-18 months, with salary provided. Upon certification, the position transitions to commission-based, with a significant increase in compensation for candidates with initiative and a strong work ethic.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a mathematics related field.

Compensation:

Appraiser Trainee - $40,000 during the training period. Median income of experienced (3-5 years in role) Rally Certified Residential Appraisers is $105,000.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
