Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Residential Appraiser based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities include conducting detailed real estate appraisals, preparing accurate property valuation reports, and analyzing market data to determine property values. The appraiser will work collaboratively with the Quality Control Department to maintain precision and compliance with industry standards, while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising
Proficient knowledge of Residential Real Estate and associated market dynamics
Demonstrated experience in Appraisal and Valuation processes
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with appraisal software and tools
Certified Residential Appraiser license required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate results
