Certified Residential Appraiser
Job Description
Location
Las Vegas, NV (Field-Based / Home Office)
Compensation
Competitive Fee Split (Zero Overhead)
Stop Running a Business. Start Appraising Again.
Most independent appraisers are tired of being a secretary, a debt collector, an IT specialist, and a marketing manager. If you love the technical side of valuation but are burnt out by the "business of appraising," this role was designed for you.
We provide a fully-staffed administrative help desk that offloads the entire burden of business operations from your shoulders. You do the professional work; we handle the noise.
What You Will NEVER Have to Do Again:
- Marketing & Sales: No more chasing AMCs or bidding for work. We have a consistent, high-volume pipeline ready for you.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Our help desk manages your calendar and coordinates with homeowners and agents.
- Customer Service: We handle the phone calls, the "status update" emails, and the client follow-ups.
- Accounts Receivable: You never have to chase a payment or manage billing again.
- Technology & Expenses: We pay for your software (Total/MLS), provide your hardware (iPad/Laser), and cover your E&O insurance.
Your Only Focus:
We have streamlined the role so you can focus on what you were licensed to do:
- Field Inspections: High-quality site visits in the Las Vegas Valley.
- Analysis: Pulling comps and analyzing local market trends.
- Valuation: Making adjustments and reconciling the final value.
- Reporting: Completing the technical write-up.
Requirements
- Nevada Certified Residential Appraiser license (Required).
- Deep local knowledge of the Clark County market.
- A desire to offload the "office grind" and focus on professional valuation.
- Reliable vehicle for field inspections.
Compensation & Lifestyle
We offer a competitive fee split that represents true net income. Because we cover 100% of your professional expenses (software, hardware, dues, and insurance), you keep what you earn without the typical "costs of doing business" deductions.
Note: In your response put the phrase "High Speed, High Standards."
