Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Certified Residential Appraiser. The appraiser will be responsible for conducting detailed residential property appraisals, performing in-depth valuations, analyzing market trends, and preparing comprehensive appraisal reports. The role also involves maintaining compliance with current industry standards while providing clients with reliable and accurate property assessments. Regular communication with clients and stakeholders will be required to ensure all appraisal needs are met.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal, Residential Real Estate, and Appraising
Experience in performing accurate and thorough Valuation and Appraisal tasks
Strong understanding of market analysis and industry standards
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with attention to detail
Certified Residential Appraiser license in accordance with local regulations
Familiarity with appraisal software tools and technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and client interaction
