Responsibilities

Conduct thorough property inspections and evaluations to assess condition and value.
Perform quantitative research and analysis to gather data on market trends and property values.
Prepare detailed appraisal reports that comply with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards.
Collect and analyze financial data to support appraisals, ensuring accuracy in financial report writing.
Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on local market conditions, zoning laws, and financial concepts that impact property values.
