Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Residential Appraiser located in the Benton County Area. The Certified Residential Appraiser will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, valuations, and assessments. They will provide accurate and unbiased assessments of property values for various purposes in the residential real estate market.

Qualifications

Real Estate Appraisal and Appraising skills
Experience in Residential Real Estate Appraisal
Knowledge of Valuation techniques
Strong analytical and research skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification as a Residential Appraiser or as an Appraisal Trainee
Experience with Appraisal software and tools
