Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate appraisals throughout Lancaster and Chester County
- Prepare accurate appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP standards
- Maintain clear communication with clients, lenders, and internal staff
- Manage appraisal assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and service
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Residential Appraiser (Required)
- Strong knowledge of Lancaster & Chester County markets preferred
- Working knowledge of USPAP guidelines and appraisal regulations
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication and professional judgment
