Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site appraisal inspections to establish property values.
- Analyze and verify data regarding comparable properties.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports according to state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a streamlined appraisal process.
- Provide excellent service to clients, effectively communicating appraisal processes and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local real estate markets.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed residential appraiser; this position is not suitable for those seeking trainee hours.
- Trainees would be considered if they have completed over half of their required hours. (1000+ Hours)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with appraisal software and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience with local real estate markets is a plus.
- Must be willing to commute around Charlotte and Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fort Mill, etc)
