Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site appraisal inspections to establish property values.
  • Analyze and verify data regarding comparable properties.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports according to state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a streamlined appraisal process.
  • Provide excellent service to clients, effectively communicating appraisal processes and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and local real estate markets.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed residential appraiser; this position is not suitable for those seeking trainee hours.
  • Trainees would be considered if they have completed over half of their required hours. (1000+ Hours)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with appraisal software and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with local real estate markets is a plus.
  • Must be willing to commute around Charlotte and Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Fort Mill, etc)
