Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. The appraiser will conduct property inspections, prepare detailed valuation reports, and perform real estate market analyses. Responsibilities include researching market data, completing appraisal forms, and ensuring compliance with all applicable with clients and team members to provide accurate and timely appraisals is essential.

Qualifications

Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
Analytical Skills and Appraisal experience
Experience in Residential Real Estate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Certified Real Estate Appraiser license in good standing
Proficiency in appraisal software and technology
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
