Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser located in Houston, TX, with some work from home flexibility. The Certified General Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, analyzing data, and preparing valuation reports. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting properties, conducting market research, analyzing comparable sales, and preparing detailed appraisal reports. The role also involves collaborating with team members and maintaining communication with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of appraisal services.

Qualifications

Experience in Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct market research
Knowledge of Residential Real Estate markets and appraisal standards
Ability to prepare detailed and accurate appraisal reports
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with cloud-based technology for effective collaboration
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license required
