Certified General Real Estate Appraiser

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Ohio certified general appraiser to join our team. We have been a recognizable real estate appraisal company for over 50 years and wish to expand our staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and a strong background in property appraisal practices. The job may evolve into a management position depending on the experience or performance of the applicant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial property appraisals.
• Analyze market trends and property values.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports in compliance with state regulations and USPAP guidelines.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial real estate appraisal is required.
• The applicant must hold a valid Ohio certified general appraiser license or equivalent.
• The applicant should be able to begin with an inspection of the subject property through preparing a completed appraisal report.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently backed by a team of experienced appraisers while managing multiple projects effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,563.19 - $74,140.62 per year
