Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Certified General Commercial Appraiser located in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The role involves conducting commercial property appraisals, performing property valuations, and preparing detailed reports in compliance with industry and client-specific requirements. The appraiser will analyze market conditions, evaluate economic trends, and determine property values while adhering to deadlines. Additionally, collaboration with team members and effective communication with clients are key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Valuation
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and understanding current economic trends
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and related assessment practices
- Certified General Appraiser license
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, comprehensive reports
- Proficiency with appraisal software and other relevant tools
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred
