Collateral Evaluation Services "CES" is a dynamic, rapidly growing, VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE VALUATION COMPANY. CES has acquired relationships around the country and we are seeking Real Estate Professionals, with 10 years or more of experience in the COMMERCIAL APPRAISAL field for FULL-TIME as well as FEE-BASED positions with great earning potential to help maintain growth.

CES is seeking CERTIFIED GENERAL COMMERCIAL APPRAISERS in PA, OH and surrounding areas.

Required Skills:

A Valid Certified General Appraiser License (in good standing)

• Minimum of 10 years of Commercial Real Estate Appraisal experience
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office Products skills
• Adobe Reader; and the ability to create PDF's and upload documents
• Ability to detect emerging trends using Internet real estate resources
• Ability to work from home
• Ability to meet deadlines by implementing good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and ability multi-task
• Ability to meet continuing education requirements and training provided by CES

Education:

• College Degree Required BS, BA, or higher

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of the Real Estate Appraisal Process and appraisal terminology
