Role Description

This role involves performing commercial property inspections throughout North Dakota, analyzing market data, and producing credible appraisal reports with the support of our in-house research and administrative team. You’ll work independently while also collaborating closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property inspections across North Dakota.
• Complete narrative appraisal reports across multiple property types (retail, industrial, office, land, hotel, and special-use).
• Handle a balanced workload of financing assignments along with complex litigation/tax appeal/condemnation appraisals.
• Collaborate with research/admin support staff to streamline reporting.
• Maintain consistent client communication and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Certified General Appraiser license in North Dakota (required).
• 2+ years of commercial appraisal experience preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Litigation/tax appeal/condemnation experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable traveling for property inspections.
