Our clients include attorneys, lenders, government agencies, corporations, and private owners.
Role Description
This role involves performing commercial property inspections throughout North Dakota, analyzing market data, and producing credible appraisal reports with the support of our in-house research and administrative team. You’ll work independently while also collaborating closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial property inspections across North Dakota.
- Complete narrative appraisal reports across multiple property types (retail, industrial, office, land, hotel, and special-use).
- Handle a balanced workload of financing assignments along with complex litigation/tax appeal/condemnation appraisals.
- Collaborate with research/admin support staff to streamline reporting.
- Maintain consistent client communication and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Certified General Appraiser license in North Dakota (required).
- 2+ years of commercial appraisal experience preferred.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Litigation/tax appeal/condemnation experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be comfortable traveling for property inspections.
