Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating properties to determine their value for various purposes, including sales, financing, and role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, data collection, and adherence to Fair Housing Appraiser will utilize quantitative research skills and financial software to produce comprehensive reports that inform decision-making processes.

Duties

• Conduct thorough property assessments to establish market value.
• Prepare detailed financial reports that summarize findings and support valuation conclusions.
• Utilize ACI to analyze property data and trends.
• Perform quantitative research to gather relevant market information.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the appraisal process.
• Collect and analyze data related to property sales, rental rates, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to provide insights on property values.
• Maintain accurate records of appraisals and related documentation.

Requirements

• Strong background in financial analysis with experience in financial report writing.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts applicable to property valuation.
• Experience using financial software for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of ACI for geographic data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings clearly.
