Appraiser Trainee

Growing commercial real estate appraisal firm in Dublin is looking for a valuation assistant/appraiser trainee. Working under the guidance of a supervisory appraiser, the Trainee will participate in side-by-side property inspections and produce appraisals on commercial properties, learning the various approaches to developing an opinion of value. This position can transition into a full-time real estate appraiser position with the required additional education and experience.

Requirements:

Ability to work within varying client-driven deadlines.

Exceptional analytical and narrative writing skills.

Previous real estate or financial experience is preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided.

Should have a strong computer background and be well versed in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Required – Bachelor’s degree

State-Registered Trainee’s welcomed as well.

Compensation varies base on level of experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
