Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Appraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data collection, financial analysis, and quantitative research. As an Appraiser, you will be responsible for evaluating properties and providing accurate assessments that inform financial decisions. This position will assist the contracted appraisal company to review all residential and commercial property within Garland County.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data collection and financial analysis within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations related to property appraisal.
- Proficiency in quantitative research methods and financial report writing.
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using GIS software for property analysis is a plus.
- This position will be required to fulfill requirements through the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Division.
