Job Summary

Your expertise in tax regulations, and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) will be essential in delivering comprehensive appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to evaluate property values accurately.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and appraisals based on quantitative research.
• Utilize GIS tools to assess property locations and market trends effectively.
• Analyze tax implications related to property assessments and valuations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their appraisal needs and provide expert guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, regulations, and appraisal methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, real estate agents, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data collection and financial analysis within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations related to property appraisal.
• Proficiency in quantitative research methods and financial report writing.
• Familiarity with LIHTC programs is highly desirable.
• Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to perform complex calculations accurately.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using GIS software for property analysis is a plus.
