Job Summary

Analyzes data for the appraisal of single family residential real property. Determines property value based on site attribute collection and building footprints. Versed in the State’s Assessment Calendar and the County Office’s policies and procedures.

Pay Rate

The hourly range is from $27.84 to $31.69 depending on experience, plus full benefits.

The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 200 within the first year of employment.
  • Must possess minimum licensure State of Colorado Ad Valorem Appraisal License, within 2 years of employment, and keep license current and in good-standing.

Qualifications/Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferable.
  • State of Colorado Ad Valorem Appraisal License, or higher licensure, is required within 2 years of employment.
