Appears as expert Government witness or arranges for and prepares witnesses to testify about valuation determinations concerning properties in condemnation proceedings. With the Huntington District, Real Estate Division, within the Acquisition Branch. Position in located in Huntington, WV at the Corps of Engineers District office.
