Qualifications

Education/Training: High school education or equivalent. Specialized training in the Fundamentals of Real Property Appraisal with three to four years of experience assessing property is preferred, but not necessary. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain productive working have or be able to obtain temporary certification as a Wyoming Tax Appraiser within the first year, or soon thereafter. Strong computer and records management skills a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Special Requirements

Working Environment: Moderate exposure to undesirable working conditions or exposure. Physical Activities: Essential functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for considerable physical activity such as sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching/stooping/squatting, twisting upper body, and lifting an average of 40 lbs.; travel to different sites and locations.
