Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Appraiser/Evaluation Analyst or Trainee. The position’s primary function is to produce real estate evaluations (as defined by the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines) and assist in the development of “desktop” or hybrid-model appraisals of commercial real estate.
A successful candidate for this role has the ability to understand and analyze commercial real estate market trends and produce reports supported by industry data. The position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Please note that this is a remote, full-time salaried position.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Experience with writing/reviewing appraisals or evaluations is a plus.
- Applicants with a Certified General Appraisal License are desired; however, all trainees and applicants without a certification are welcomed.
