Job Summary

Get your liscence and have something to show for your hard work in this gig economy. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appraiser to join our team. As an Appraiser Apprentice, you will be responsible for building reports and helping to determine the value of real estate properties. Your expertise in data collection, financial analysis, and real estate appraisal will be crucial in providing accurate and reliable appraisals. Eventually getting approved with the State of Ohio do them on your own.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and data collection on properties to be appraised
  • This is mostly an office based job with some field experience gained.
  • Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and other relevant factors to determine property values
  • Prepare detailed appraisal reports that include property descriptions, analysis, and conclusions
  • Utilize financial analysis techniques to evaluate income-producing properties
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in real estate appraisal
  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to address any questions or concerns

Skills to learn

  • Strong knowledge of real estate appraisal principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
  • Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations and computations
  • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and their impact on property valuation
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly

This position offers competitive compensation based on how quiclkly you can learn the process and create the report. We have about 15 graduates from our program.

  • We have a flexible schedule as long as its somewhere betwen 8 am and 6 pm.

Must live within 45 minute of Cleveland Heights.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
